You get what you pay for. You are going to get a resident and/or fellow doing it and an attending plastic surgeon who may or may not do many facelifts supervising/helping the fellow/resident. You are also going to get an anesthesia resident giving you anesthesia.

Yes, you could get a touch up and correct the bottoming out of the right breast. Also, you have some “dog ears” after your tummy tuck, could be done at the same time. You obviously had an extensive makeover and it is not uncommon to do small touch ups later. If you don’t want to upset your surgeon, remember that you get more with honey than vinegar.

As the other surgeons already mentioned, staging BBL and TT is the safest approach and gives you the best results. The cost would depend on the extent of work, BBL is $5000 and up and TT is $7000 and up. You may be able to find better deals abroad.

I would agree with Dr. Redondo. You need a full face and neck lift with upper and lower lid blepharoplasty and fat grafting to the cheeks. Remember, mini facelift is going to give you mini results. While going to Dominican Republic from Los Angeles may not make sense, you can look into going to Mexico.

I am of a different opinion than my esteemed colleagues. I think that you should definitely get rid of the overhanging abdominal skin and get a lipo of the flanks and lower back now. It would greatly enhance your ability to exercise and will give you a big incentive to diet.Best of luck.

Yes, you do. There is no reason why you should not look like the photos that you included here.However, I assume you chose a plastic surgeon who has similar before/after results. $7000 is a very reasonable fee for this procedure.I am not sure why you are expecting to be in pain for weeks, the feedback that I have from my TT patients is that the pain is gone by the end of the first week and most patients are back to work after 10-14 days.Absolutely everyone who has a previous C section …

I agree with D. Burnett: lipo with BBL first, followed by a Tummy Tuck and more lipo in 6 months.One your torso is reduced is size and you butt augmented, your breasts would be proportionate to the rest of your body and you may not want a lift or and augmentation.Good luck.

Your after does not look much different from your before in the photos that you provided.Perhaps it would be easier to see the difference on the formal preop set of photos. If you are going for a 12 mo. check up, ask to have photos taken and compare to the preop photos.You should definitely express your feelings and tell him if you are not happy with the result. He needs to have your feedback, otherwise, he would think that what was done was great and would do it…

Thank you for your question. It is hard to see on your photo, but it looks like your have some bulging of the lower abdomen. A side view would be very helpful. Also, a physical exam would help deciding if you have a hematoma.You may need to have a quick portable sonogram to see what is going on.So, the bottom like – go see you PS, 100cc of bloody drainage 18 days after TT is not what we like to see.Good luck.

Thank you for your question. Your left breast was larger with nipple lower on your pre-op photo. Also, on your post op photo you are not standing straight, your left shoulder is lower. Judging from your steri strips, you had a little areola lift on both sides. As far as your left breast bruise, it is likeky to resolve over the next few weeks. However, the left breast may still look lower than right breast and you may need a small touch up in 6 months.I hope it helps.Good luck.

Thank you for your question. Why do you say you have to lose 20 lb.? Is it because of your BMI? Based on the photo that you are provided, I am not sure you have to lose 20 lb if you want to do a BBL.
