Hi, there is no right or wrong answer here. You could possibly get away without a lift depending on the implants you choose. I would always go below the muscle. A implant with a lift is another option but you would have to accept permanent scarring on the breasts. I would advise to do implant allow and re evaluate in 6 weeks. You can always do a lift later. Hi, by far silicone is a better choice. The newer implants last longer and have much lower rates of leak or capsular contracture. They also look so much more natural and will most likely last longer

Hi, implants vary in how long they last. I usually tell patients that saline last around 10 years and silicone, especially the form stable one and can last 15-20 years. Of course everyone is different. I tell patients that they are not lifetime devises and will most likely have to be re done at some point.

Hi, you can bet the incisions pretty close but may not be totally symmetrical. They are usually hidden in the crease and aren't visible anyway. Shouldn't be an issue.
