As you have mentioned, the dorsal hump needs to be reduced, the tip turned upwards and narrowed, the hanging colummela raised, the tip projected, and the nose narrowed. Dog ears are treated by extending the incision and cutting out the excess skin and fatty tissue. You have many options. If you simply want more volume, breast augmentation with implants will get you there. The size is completely dependent on your goals. Keep in mind that this will make the breast larger, but the nipple and areolas will stay low and slightly droopy.

You could obtain a nice lift and better symmetry with a circumareolar “doughnut” lift. This will bring the nipples and areola up 1 to 2 inches and center them on the breast.
