Various factors determine the result of a BBL, some of them are: amount of fat transfered and anatomy of the patient. In some patients you can inject the fat in an area (example: hip dip) and the skin will not expand.

Hi, I believe you would benefit from, fat graft to your forehead to create a more round profile, rhinoplasty , and dermal filler in malar area for you to have more volume in the middle third.

Hi, your nasolabial folds and marionette lines are visible, but not too visible. I would recommend buccal fat removal and a thread lift. Thread lift can be done with sutures (midface suspension lift) or with barbed sutures. I believe these two procedures will give you the result you want. Hope this was helpful.

Hi, I can see in your pictures that you have extra skin above your belly button and diastasis of the abdominal muscles. Both of these can only be treated with a full tummy tuck or a modified tummy tuck. The dips above your hips may be taken care of by doing liposuction on your waist and transferring fat to them.

Hi, the lumps you see are probably due to extra skin you have, specially in the upper part of your abdomen. I recommend Vaser liposuction to help with the irregularities, reverse tummy tuck to get rid of extra skin above your belly button and body tite to further tighten your skin all around. It is very difficult to predict the end result, but I believe this treatment takes care of what can be seen in your pictures.
