Hello, in some cases we surgeons can get away with a large high profile implant. Unfortunately you are not one of those candidates. A Breast lift with a silicone implant would achieve the desired look. If visible scars on the breast is your concern, the majority of the scar will be hidden in the fold. You don’t seem to be a patient that will heal poorly, also Silicone treatment to the scars will reduce the appearance as well.

Good question. If they are truely purse string permanent suture, then it is appropriate to trim ends. If you keep the area clean and apply antibiotic ointment, you should be fine. If the suture is a dissolving type then it would have been better to remove the stitch, to speed up the healing.

Hello, in my opinion its best to stop multi vitamins and only take vitamin c and iron. Multi vitamins contain various vitamins that can cause bleeding during the procedure(ie vitamin E). Iron will help your hemoglobin levels and vitamin c help keep you in good health.

This is a very good question. I feel that 5 weeks is too early to judge your final results. It will take months before the swelling subsides. There will be a certain amount of skin shrinkage aftr liposuction. I encourage you to wear your compression garment under the direction of your plastic surgeon for a total of three months. I also recommend that you get 2 lymphatic drainage massages per week to help redirect fluid. I hope that helps set you at ease for now. Best of luck in the new year.

That is a very difficult answer to give accurately. The picture that you have shared puts you at what is conventionally considered an A/B. Again that depends where you go shopping for bras!!! Hi and thanks for a good question. Sickle cell trait should not prevent you from having a bbl. On the other hand sickle cell disease is a definite no in my book!
I really recommend that you take the precaution that my colleague suggested and get seen by your hematologist. He/she will optimize you for surgery. It would be great if you can get your hemoglobin closer to 12. I would really encourage you to start on the iron supplement early as it really takes time to raise the hemoglobin levels….
