Hello! Thanks for your question about liposuction and thigh lift. It is possible to combine both procedures at same time actually, my recommendation is to do lipo under the skin that will be resected, and a more conservative lipo in the rest of the thighs in order to prevent wound healing complications. I don't recommend treat varicose veins at same time.

Hello! thanks for your question, regarding when the lower eyelids hollowed after a blepharoplasty, one of the best options is the fat grafting to that area for recover some volume over that area. another option could be fillers but those are temporary and you have to put more after 6-12 months.

Hello! thanks for your question, irregularities post lipo are due some areas of superficial lipo alternated with some areas without superficial lipo, therefore you create some uneven surface aspect. The treatment is to do more lipo of the areas that has less lipo, and probably use some technology like ultrasound for equalize the surface, this will help you to improve as much as possible.
