Hi. Based on your photograph I would expect you do not have a whole lot of fat to use to harvest for the fat transfers, and thus it is doubtful that you would see much improvement with another round of fat transfers. It is obviously variable in terms of how much of the fat stays and how much of it goes. But if you want breast implants then find a board certified plastic surgeon with good experience with breast implants and move forward in that direction.

There may be different definitions out there but in general a mommy makeover refers to some form of breast enhancement done along with abdominal enhancement, as those are the 2 areas that often see a lot of changes after pregnancies and childbirth. In your case, based on your pictures, I would say that you are a good candidate for breast augmentation mastopexy which means implants in addition to a breast lift, as well as abdominoplasty and liposuction of the flanks. Hi. Based on your pictures and the image of the MRI, it does look like your left breast implant has flipped or partially flipped. There is certainly no danger in this but it does tend to change the shape of the breast. Often times this can be manipulated in the office or at home to get the implant to flip back around. Hi. I think you can get reasonable cleavage and a nice result from a breast augmentation. But you also have to be reasonable about how much cleavage you can get. When you have an in-person evaluation, your surgeon can go over some of the nuances with that. I would recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon with good experience with breast augmentation to help guide you through the process.

Hi. There are certainly restrictions in terms of how you can lie down, and needing to wear a bra while you are recovering from surgery. Those will vary from one surgeon to another. But ultimately, after you have healed appropriately you may lie down and sleep any way you like. I recommend wearing a bra when gravity is working against you (when you're up and about, etc), but technically that is each patient's choice. Hi. It is certainly reasonable to ask to see more photographs. Obviously some surgeons have more photographs than others but it is certainly reasonable, especially for a common procedure like a breast reduction, to want to see a few more photographs. Hi. Breast implants can typically be very safely placed at the same time as a tummy tuck in a healthy patient. The implant size does not have anything to do with breast implant illness. Hi. Based on your preoperative photograph I would have recommended a breast lift in addition to breast implants. You do have some asymmetry (as do most women) with your breasts before you had surgery. As mentioned in one of the other answers, this is often times amplified after placement of breast implants. Hi. That would likely be amenable to improving it by cutting out that extra skin. Hard to tell where your scar ends and it would typically lengthen the scar some but would likely be worth it for the improvement of the overall appearance. I recommend bringing up these concerns with your surgeon to decide on a plan together. Second opinions are always reasonable if needed.

Hi. It is certainly possible for a muscle repair to loosen or weaken over time, but it is something that I rarely see. Really hard to comment accurately in your case, though, not knowing the specific techniques that your surgeon used or what your physical exam is like.
