Based upon your pictures, you have an element of the tuberous breast shape, however it is not particularly constricted or severe.  Shape correction is possible and depends on your size desires.  If you like your current size, you would get a decent shape with a mastopexy alone.  However, I believe your best result may be a combination of implant and mastopexy, as a combined or staged procedure.  This is preferable to fat grafting in your case.

It is not possible to be sure without any photos or examination, but I wonder if you may be developing a capsular contracture.  This often looks like a rounder, firmer breast that looks higher than the other side.  This is not serious, and can be easily revised to restore your softness and symmetry.  I advise you seek consultation with an experienced board certified surgeon with experience in revisional implant surgery.

Your pictures show a wound dehiscence at the inframammary trifurcation, which is a common complication of mastopexy.  It is usually minor and will heal in within a few weeks with conservative care.  I do not think you have an infection, but you should discuss with your plastic surgeon.

Based upon your qualifications, I would offer you a breast lift with reduction of the size of the larger left breast.  Other options are possible depending on your size desires, too.

Yes, it is certainly possible to do a breast lift alone in your case.  You may still have upper breast volume deficiency.  A breast implant can always be added later if you decide you want more fullness after a mastopexy alone.

The wise pattern or anchor scar mastopexy is the standard against which all other techniques are judged.  This technique addresses all areas of excess skin in very saggy breasts and this gives the best shape and lasting results.  Some patients may be able to get by with lesser skin excisions and may not require all components of the anchor scar if they have lesser degrees of ptosis.

I do not believe you need a mastopexy or a periareolar incision if you do not want that approach. You can likely get a nice correction of your mild tuberous breast shape with a simple implant augmentation and scoring of breast tissue alone.  Seek additional opinions with experienced board certified plastic surgeons.

It is not possible to say for certain without an examination, but based upon your pictures, I think you may be able to achieve a nice shape with a larger sized implant.  You can probably avoid the need to do a lift if you go large enough.  Seek consultation with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon.

I agree you will probably be well served by replacing your implants into a sub glandular pocket.  I typically remove the capsule if it is thick or contributing to the deformity, especially the portion that is associated with the undersurface of the breast.  However, the portion beneath the pectorals muscle may be ok to leave, especially if it is thin, and reattach the muscle to the chest wall with sutures.

Seromas are not uncommon and generally not serious if managed appropriately.  Aspiration is a good start, as it will remove the fluid and will show your surgeon how large the seroma is.  Aspiration may be all that is needed, but may need to be repeated, especially if large in volume.  Smaller seromas will resolve with time and may not require repeated aspirations.  In my experience, large seromas, those that reaccumulate very quickly, or those that do not become smaller after each aspiratio...

You pictures definitely show asymmetry.  There could be several causes, but bottoming out (implant malposition) is certainly a leading possibility.  An in-person examination is really needed.  Rest assured, though, that this problem can be fixed!

At 2 days, your pain and swelling are expected. Swelling usually peaks at 3-4 days, and pain usually improves thereafter.  Follow your instructions. If not improving, then discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
