Thanks for your question. While a tummy tuck will improve the contour of your abdomen while tightening the muscles in the midline, I don't believe it will have any significant effect on bladder position. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated in person.

The best approach to address your concerns would be an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with simultaneous liposuction of the flanks, upper abdomen, lateral back and lower back. This can all easily and safely be done during one procedure. Thanks for your question. The only difference between the Benelli lift and the standard 'lollipop incision' lift is the vertical incision. However, the latter procedure produces a much more aesthetic scar around the areola without any bunching of skin and the vertical incision usually heals beautifully. Thanks for your question. Based on your photos you do not appear to have significant ptosis or droop of the breasts. You are a good candidate for an augmentation with silicone implants placed under the muscle through an incision in the breast fold. Of course, this is assuming that your skin quality is sufficient and not actually loose on direct examination. Your plastic surgeon could easily confirm this plan by examining you to ensure you don't need a concomitant lift procedure.

I treat patients after massive weight loss with tummy tucks very often but the added risk of an abdominal aneurysm is one that your general surgeon will need to assess to determine if you are a candidate for this procedure.
