The best approach to address your concerns would be an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with simultaneous liposuction of the flanks, upper abdomen, lateral back and lower back. This can all easily and safely be done during one procedure. Of course, you should meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated in person and discuss your goals directly with that physician.

Thanks for your question. The best way to address the droop or ptosis of the breasts as well as the asymmetry is with a breast lift procedure (mastopexy). If you wish to have additional fullness an augmentation with breast implants can be performed simultaneously.

Thanks for your question. The only difference between the Benelli lift and the standard 'lollipop incision' lift is the vertical incision. However, the latter procedure produces a much more aesthetic scar around the areola without any bunching of skin and the vertical incision usually heals beautifully. I would strongly consider going with this procedure which will more reliably produce an excellent result.

Thanks for your question. Based on your photos you do not appear to have significant ptosis or droop of the breasts. You are a good candidate for an augmentation with silicone implants placed under the muscle through an incision in the breast fold. Of course, this is assuming that your skin quality is sufficient and not actually loose on direct examination. Your plastic surgeon could easily confirm this plan by examining you to ensure you don't need a concomitant lift procedure.

I treat patients after massive weight loss with tummy tucks very often but the added risk of an abdominal aneurysm is one that your general surgeon will need to assess to determine if you are a candidate for this procedure. It may very well not be a contraindication to this procedure but you will certainly need clearance that only an expert treating abdominal aneurysms can provide. Best of luck!
