Thank you for the question and pictures. I think it is possible to improve your shape with fat grafts. Looking at your photoshopped picture it appears that you are slightly lifted and larger, I’m not sure if that would be possible with fat grafts alone. You may need a lift in conjunction with fat grafts or possibly several rounds of fat grafting. It is impossible to tell just from Photos, an in person consultation would be necessary.

I think given your goals along with the photos you submitted you would be a excellent candidate for fat grafting to the breast along with a breast lift. I have had similar patients with your exact concerns who did very well with that combination of surgeries.   The fat grafting will help fill the upper pole of the breast. The breast lift will reduce the size of the nippleareolar complex as well as elevate it. Lastly, is you will avoid an using implant.   Good luck.

However, I think you would be an excellent candidate for fat grafting to the upper pole of the breast combined with a breast lift. based on your description I think this will help you achieve your goal. Great question. This is one that we frequently have to answer as plastic surgeons. Let me start by saying that photos are never an adequate substitute for an in person consultation. From what I could see with your picture you appear to be very fit and trim. It appears that your primary problem is looseness of muscles and skin likely from prior pregnancy. Therefore, a tummy tuck is probably your best option. However, you really need to see a board-certified plastic surgeon in person.

To definitively answer your question I would recommend you seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Thank you for the question. The short answer is, yes. However, it depends on what is causing the unevenness and bumpiness. If it is excess fat it may be amenable to liposuction or Kybella injections. If it’s fat necrosis then will have to be treated by another method perhaps steroid or surgical removal. There are a lot of variables so an in person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon is very important. Good luck.

Liposuction and abdominoplasty are commonly performed together.  barring any compelling reason to the contrary I would typically recommend combining the surgeries so as to be able to to achieve the best result possible, while minimizIng your recovery time and would be a less expensive option.   good luck

Thank you for the question and photos. It does not appear that the implant position is too low or bottoming out. It appears that your breast tissue is starting to sag off of the implant. Choosing size for a breast augmentation is one of the more exciting aspects of a  consultation, it’s also a source of great anxiety. There’s no easy clear-cut formula and is very subjective. You have to determine what works best for you.  Try on sizers with a variety of clothing.  When patients are unsure I have them come back and repeat the process.  Take the time necessary to be completely comfortable with your choice.   Good luck

Congratulations on your weight-loss. After losing that amount of weight you will need some form of skin removal (tummy tuck).  Most commonly that is some form of circumferential tummy tuck. Liposuction may be useful as an adjunct to the primary procedure but not an option as the only procedure. Good luck on your continued journey.
