Hola, espero que estés muy bien.
Te recomiendo que para dar el primer paso, te enfoques en que tu IMC se encuentre por debajo de 25, esto te dara un mejor resultado y tu recuperación será más fácil. Después de eso, se puede analizar si necesitas una Abdominoplastia circunferencial, pero debes de tener en mente que la abdomino extendida si la deben de realizar.

Seguramente no es una cicatriz, lo que se requiere para corregir es que te hagan una rinoplastia otra vez y quitar el pedazo de cartílago que te quedo ahí.

Si tienes 60 años y estás sana, sin enfermedades, te recomiendo que lo hagas ahora porque vas a tener un buen resultado y vas a mejorar la calidad de tu piel. Par ayudarte con tu rostro, la mejor opción para ti es una liposuccion de papada, aumento de menton con un implante y quitar las bolsas de bichat. Si te ponen grasa, existe la posibilidad de que se absorba por tu cuerpo. Asi mismo, podemos poner un filler para darle más volumen a los pómulos y a la mandibular pero eso ya es en una segunda instancia.
