Hello! This really depends on the doctor´s criteria.
This is the main reason why some doctors require to remove an IUD at least 21 days before surgery.
In my personal practice is not required to remove the IUD before surgery, and follow the recommendations i provide to each patient

Every doctor has a different criteria. The interstitial cystitis does not affect the bbl procedure, however is strongly recommened to check first with an urologist and have the clearance and recommendations before surgery

I strongly recommend you to research a board certified plastic surgeon to go under any surgery. Check the doctor´s background and experience.
Mommy makeover is a large procedure, really depends on the patient (flaccidity, fatty tissue, laboratories, medical history) to decide if is safe enough to get all the procedures together. You also must have the pre Op evaluation with the cardiologist and anesthesiologist to have the clearance before surgery.
