At least based on your photos, you are a perfect candidate for a tummy tuck 360. When a patient is an ideal candidate for one thing and chooses to do something else, the result is compromised. The short answer is the right amount! Typically the breast tissue is removed in its entirity with a thin layer of tissue left below the areola and liposuction is used to contour the remainder of the chest. Dr. G

You appear to have large tubular breasts - the treatment in my practice would be a breast lift which would reduce the size of the areola, lift the breast and tighten the skin. an implant could be used as well though this may be better off done secondarily. Dr. G
