It is difficult to say based on this photograph but there is certainly some asymmetry in the skin of the upper and lower eyelid which can be corrected with blepharoplasty procedures. The upper eyelid fold on one side may need to be created as in Asian blepharoplasty techniques. Thank you for your query. The reason for this can be a stitch, a non dissolving one that the skin is reacting to. The second reason could be an unstable scar in the area of repair.
