Placement of implants under or over the muscle is controversial, a d each Plastic Surgeon has his or her opinion.  It is my opinion that the implants should be placed over the muscle, behind the breast tissue for a more natural appearance, better cleavage, no unnatural breast movement, and a softer breast.

From your photos and description, it does not seem that you have too much extra skin and I feel you would benefit from liposuction and do not need a tummy  tuck (which is more invasive and more expensive).

Even though you are borderline for a lift, you still will have a very nice result just with implants.  Only if your nipples are below the horizontal line of the crease below your breasts, do you need a lift.

Yes, your breasts do have a wide cleavage, but you can have a better profile and an improved cleavage with breast augmentation.  But, the cleavage can be improved IF the implants are placed above the muscle and behind the breast gland.  There are anatomic reasons for this.

Your age is not a factor for  tummy tuck.  You would be an excellent candidate, because it does not seem that you have too much subcutaneous fat, and you do have extra skin that can be tightened for a better and more comfortable appearance.

This is a very common question and I must say I do almost as many neck lifts as I do face lifts.  As a matter of fact, the area that appears to need the work is almost always the neck, with the crepy skin and the platysma muscle laxity.  The neck lift can easily be done under local anesthesia as an out patient with incisions behind the ear.

Your request is a very common one, and that is having upper eyelids that give you a tired, sleepy and not alert appearance.  To improve this situation is to remove part of the upper eyelid skin called a blepharoplasty.  The surgery can be done under local anesthesia and can give you a alert and bright appearance, but it should not be overdone.
