I would suggest a curvilinear trim technique primarily because it will allow to completely remove the outer /free edges of the inner labia, with their rugosity and pigmentation.

I would however consider your inner labia and the appearance of your entire vulva as well within the “normal range”. I would not suggest any form of surgery.
