Not the greatest candidate because your BMI is about 33, obese. However, it is doable. You may not get as flat a stomach as you would like, because the intra-abdominal fat present due to your weight will make hard to tighten your front. Here's a pic of a lady with a BMI of 30, 5'1" and 160 to give you an idea.
There's another patient in the gallery with a BMI of 33, two weeks post op and you can see the results will not be as pleasing.

You are a great candidate for inner thigh lipo. Skin is tight, elastic and fat that bothers you is localized. This can still be done badly and cause irregularities or waviness if over done. Maybe. It looks like a bit too much distance and skin excess between nipple and medial inframammary fold. No, it's just because they weren't done properly. You can find a myriad of pictures online and in the aesthetic surgery literature of beautiful breast augmentation lifts, so obviously, whoever did the ones whose pictures you don't like, didn't do them right.
