Hi Coolsculpting works through a process of cryolipolysis – so fat cells are destryed. This unfortunately will not address the lax skin. We use a Bodytite technique which combines a liposuction technique to reduce fat cells and radiofrequency to tighten the fibrous tissues and skin. This may be a possibility and if not excessive could avoid a mini-abdoplasty..
I have been using tretinoin 0.025 every other night for two weeks now and my skin became rather dry

Tretinoin does dry the skin and it is important to use a good non-comedogenic moisturiser. We look very carefully at your skin type and would advise accordingly.
