In my experience they may cover a small portion for a true hernia repair but diastasis alone is typically not covered. I think you’ll be surprised to see how little the coverage for the hernia would be. This is the reason why most busy plastic surgeons don’t accept any insurance plans. Good luck!

To really lift and correct the position you’ll need an actual breast lift. Probably lollipop. If you just want to add volume and having lower and slightly asymmetrical breasts is ok then you could start with an implant and see if you like it. Regardless I think you’ll end up with a lift in the next 5-10 years so some might argue just do it now. Good luck!

You certainly can. We do it all the time. The fat transferred helps to offset the volume loss from the lift alone. It will never get you the upper pole fullness of an implant but for the right patient it’s an excellent choice. We would be happy to discuss in person when you are ready

Your left breast would likely do well with just an implant. But if symmetry is important I think you’d benifit from a breast lift with smaller implant on the much larger right side. In my practice I would reduce and lift that right side and then add implants to both. Breast implant sizers help judge any remaining volume difference. Good luck!
