Thanks for your question and provided information as well.. The truth is that it is too soon for a revision at this moment, besides that it is recommended to wait until your implants have settled down to see if a revision would be needed in the future or not. Let's be patient and wait until you have at least 6 months from surgery and if you want to get a revision on your breasts , that would be also possible, good luck!

In this area skin can hang after liposuction, that is why it is not recommended to perform liposuction of any kind on patients, in this area. Besides that, I recommend you to consult with your board certified plastic surgeon regarding compression garment, because also that can be hard to maintain after liposuction in this area.
