Thank you for your question, explanation of the timeline and the photographs. It is difficult to comment without a physical examination and the possibility of assessing your before photographs and compare them to the after surgery.
However based on what you describe, the increase of consistency of the right breast might be compatible with the diagnosis of contracture.

Thank you for that question. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing pain several months after surgery. Sharp and shooing pains are entirely normal for the first 12 months. However, I would suggest that the first course of action would be to make a diary to identify if the pain increases with physical activity or not; I would then ask “my surgeon” to reassess the breasts to try to identify if there is anything unusual on physical examination and make sure that what you are experiencing…

Thank you for your question and for uploading the photographs. Your breasts present some minor degree of laxity and asymmetry (entirely normal).

Due to the width of your breasts, I believe the your implants should not be too small, otherwise they would not be able to allow you to achieve the desired cosmetic result.

It is not unusual for implants to rotate in time, depending on size, degree of laxity / skin excess and physical activity. Thank you for your question. 530 cc are quite large implants and depending on your current anatomical features, it is very likely that your natural breasts will look stretched and will sag if you remove them.
Should this be the case, you might want to consider a mastopexy/breast lift, to improve the shape.

Thank you for your question. I’ve noticed a significant increase in patients who are now considering downsizing the implants in my practice in the past 12 months. You should have hardly any laxity and providing the new implants has a similar width to the old implants, I believe that the choice you made with your surgeon seems adequate.
