Many thanks for your question. From what I can see in your photographs, you really would require a lower face and neck lift to achieve meaningful and lasting results.
I would not expect too much longevity from a more mini approach, even when combined with radiofrequency skin tightening.
I would suggest seeking a couple more in-person plastic surgery opinions to help you decide what is going to be the best approach.

Without seeing your photos it is hard to comment specifically, but yes, some people's malar bags can be more prominent after a facelift (deep plane or other approach). If you have concerns about this, discuss with your plastic surgeon and see if there are additional procedures that might benefit you - either at the same time as the facelift or perhaps in the future once things have settled down.

There is always a theoretical risk that the eyebrow position and shape can change after the excess skin is removed after an upper eyelid lift. This is especially so if you are slightly elevating your brows (usually subconsciously) in order to maintain their position - something known as compensated brow ptosis.
My suggestion is usually to leave the brows alone unless they clearly need addressing too, but recognise they might change, so if they do...

I am so sorry to hear about the way your feelings about your breasts are affecting your confidence and self-esteem. My initial suggestions from what I can see in your photographs would be to consider a breast reduction, which would incorporate a breast lift. You are relatively large breasted and a reduction would reduce the weight of your breasts, and therefore the tension on the skin and soft tissues, allowing the lift to stand the test of time better.

Many thanks for posting your question.It is hard to give a precise answer, but as a rule, 32 would be very young to have a facelift. Having said that, each case is discussed on an individual basis, so there will always be some exceptions that are appropriate in a younger age group.Good luck taking things forwards

Many thanks for posting your question.It is not uncommon for some surgeons to approach a breast lift with implant as a two-stage approach actually - i.e. what you are considering.The final results will look no different from those that are shown as a single operation combining breast implants with a lift, so before and after galleries that show this operation would be a good place to look.I hope this helps, and good luck taking things forwards in due course.
