Technically you not have Any degree of breast ptosis to need a lift. What you have is a little breast hypotrophy that can be easly solved with breast implants or with autologous fat transfer.According to what I see in you picture, yes you seems to be a candidate for a body contouring surgery; abdomen and flanks liposuction and perhaps a lower back too, which unfortunately I can not see in this picture.Regarding your nipples, you don’t need to move them because they are already in the breast…
