You can rest assured that after the Botox has worn off you will return to your pre-injection state. The bone only recedes if there is no tooth (eg with ageing) or no muscle action on it at all and muscles will still function to some degree unless the Botox has been given in large quantities deep int the muscles.If you have any concerns return to your PS for advice and guidance.

You have had a very nice result in my opinion, and the slight discrepancy in implant height is minimal. You are every early in your recovery and I would allow at least 3 months to elapse before analysing any difference again, as breast take this time to settle. Capsular contracture does not occur so soon a sit takes many months and even years to develop.If you have any concerns return to your PS for advice and guidance.

The wound appears to have opened up and there seems to be an area of overgranulation in the middle. This can be treated without surgery by cautery and left to heal by itself.If you have any concerns return to your PS for advice and guidance.

This looks like a benign cyst or raised tissue of the side of the nose. This is most easily removed as a punch biopsy with no stitching and left to heal by itself. You will have a small indented puckered scar as  a consequence so it is your decision as to which route is preferable for you.If you have any concerns return to your PS for advice and guidance.

Patients will experience various levels of discomfort whilst drains are still in position. When they are removed they will be pulled along the exit wound which can be uncomfortable for some, but of course it is temporary. The drains are there to drain excess blood so are necessary in a big operation where there is a chance of leakage from a  large raw area. This settles in a few days usually.If you have any concerns return to your PS for advice and guidance.

Usually most surgeons would like to wait a minimum of 3 months after surgery to allow tissues to settle. Be aware that an alar base reduction will narrow your nostrils and change their shape from round to elongated. Find out why he decided not to do an Alar base reduction if that is what you expected and had discussed prior to surgery.If you have any concerns return to your PS for advice and guidance.

It is difficult to tell from this picture but it looks like you have a forward (flexion) bend to the end joint of your finger. If this can be straightened yourself passively (ie using your other hand to straighten the tip) then you have a working joint, and it may be possible to strengthen the finger surgically and allow it to bend as normal (called a mallet deformity). If not, then the joint is probably fused, in which case I would not pursue any straightening, as your finger has best …
