This is a very good question. However, you are overthinking this a bit. The differences in these measurements between your various visits is literally only millimeters. This would have no bearing on your actual surgery or implant selection. My best advice is (of your 5 doctor visits) -- select the surgeon who you felt the most comfortable with; who you felt listened to you and understood your personal goals. You absolutely do not need implants: the only thing implants can do is make your breasts larger. You are asking for a breast lift, or mastopexy. Later, if you do decide that you want more volume, it is a simple matter to add implants if you wish, that is always an option, but it is not necessary. Good luck!

Your picture is too small to really get a good idea of what is going on. The mucosa typically heals pretty rapidly; I would stay in close communication with your surgeon, be very careful with the area (ie, refrain from sexual activity), gentle sitz baths (if okay with your surgeon); report any increasing redness or fevers or anything like that. You would definitely benefit from muscle work during your tummy tuck. The more weight you lose prior to your procedure, the better outcome you will have. We see this kind of question very often: there are two things to consider. First, 25cc is negligible, I bet your surgeon (if they were inclined) could put 325cc on one side and 350cc on the other, and you would not be able to tell. Second, don't approach this question as a 'multiple choice', with only a single right answer. Sientra breast implants are widely available, but only by board certified plastic surgeons (ie, certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery). If you are being told that they are not available to you for some reason, that would likely be a red flag that the physician you are dealing with does not have that certification. I don't think that there is really any difference between the major implant brands you mentioned, with regard to outcome or quality. Sientra is only available to be used by Board Certified Plastic Surgeons (ie, not a board certified dermatologist, or general surgeon, or "cosmetic surgeon"). In that sense, if your surgeon is ABLE to use Sientra, at least that tells you that they have appropriate training, and certification. Other than that, it is pretty much a wash. I would recommend a breast lift (mastopexy), and then adding implants at a later time if you still want more volume. The first operation can reduce your areaolar diameter, in addition to creating a better shape. You will feel like you have more volume after just the lift (even though no more volume is added) because your breast tissue will not be as "spread out". There are alot of factors to take into consideration when choosing an implant size; height and weight are important, as are the size and shape of your current breasts. For someone your height, 500-550cc implants would be (in my opinion) MASSIVE, and would likely make you look 'matronly' or heavy.
