I think you should get 275-325 cc this will increase the your breast cup size by 3+ any more will not look good and will be too heavy and large for you height and chest frame.. of course you will need to try the sizers and see which one feels good for you and proportionate to your chest frame

I agree you don’t need an up lift.. But Going up one cup size with breast implant simply not enough no such small breast implant, you may as well go for Lipo modelling to give you one cup size up but not with breast implants.. simply Every 80-100 cc increase your size by one cup size. You will need to have a measure of your breast base. Thickness of you upper breast skin fold. HiAt 23 years your skin often has good elasticity and recoil after losing weight.. so often you will not need anything. Long term obesity will cause skin to be stretched and elasticity reduce after age 30. So best is to reduce your weight to a healthy range and wait for at least a year before you decide you need something.

Two options, removal of the breast implant with capsulectomy if needed. If you really wanted to have implants to augment your breasts than you will need removal of the implants, the plane where implant is placed need to change to create an appropriate pocket for the implants. Botox is a bacterial derived neurotoxin although injected locally to stop sweat gland producing excessive sweat by blocking its nerves and systemic absorption and side effect is said to be minimal because you only having minimally effective does, when it comes to pregnancy best to avoid any controversial medication at least in the first 3 months and in my view until you safely deliver the baby

If you currently AA cup size every 80-100 will increase your breast size by one cup size so 300 Cc implant will increase your current cup size by 3 sizes so you’ll be roughly a C or a D cup
