Hi. It’s impossible to say without photos. Maybe there is more then enough fat in other areas and your surgeon feels there is no need to lipo your banana rolls. This is a delicate area to lipo. It certainly does. It can be a little bit harder achieving desired results in heavier patients. Plus, patients with a BMI over 30 will have higher risks of complications. A lower BMI usually means a safer and easier procedure. At a BMI of 26 you seem to be a very good candidate for a tummy tuck!

Hi! It can, but it most likely wont in your case! Patients bellow 35 have much more collagen and better skin elasticity. Because of your age and build your skin will react well to lipo. No need to worry.

Hi. Excellent question. Yes you would benefit from a lift. This usually happens with patients that have lost a large amount of weight. Your areola is in a good position but a breast lift revision is necessary if you want to correct the pleating skin and your pseudo ptosis. This is when some breast tissue is bellow the breast fold but the areola is not below the fold.

Excellent question. Most patients have asymmetries before surgery. A breast augmentation procedure usually does not address these asymmetries. It basically enhances the size and shape and this can sometimes make differences more visible.

Hello and thank you for posting. So your scarring doesn’t look that bad. It seems recent and will get better. But I believe the issue is you probably needed a full lift rather than a donut lift. I don’t see any tuberous breast deformity, but I do think they are a little too big and a little low. Plus one breast is lower and more lateral then the other.
