Hello, you can have tummy tuck and get satisfying results from it. But it seems like you do not have any skin laxity. So, you can also benefit from a laser liposuction. It is better to get an in-person consultation to decide on the treatment.

Hi 69soup69, thank you for your question and the pictures. My answer would not be the one you expect. But I would suggest you to have implants with a lift to get the most satisfying results. However, if you are adamant that you do not want breast lift then I would recommend you to have motiva ergonomix implant. But again, I do not think you will get satisfying results with implants only.

Hello, thank you for your question and pictures. It looks like you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. In my opinion, you would get the most satisfying results by an open rhino. You will be able to achieve slimmer, smaller and natural looking nose.

Hello, thank you for your question. Without seeing your photos, I cannot advise much. But from your BMI information and that you have hard time losing weight, I would say a bariatric surgery would be an option to start with. By doing so, you can reach your ideal weight and a BMI under 30. Then you can have a consultation to see if you could benefit from lipo or tummy or both. Also there are other factors to consider before having tummy tuck such as having BMI under 30. If you tick all these boxes and get a green light, then I would recommend an consultation with a plastic surgeon to talk about your expectation and treatment plan.
