Difficult to make an accurate assessment without good photos.
Looks like bottoming out and a possible dog ear on the photos.
I would advise discussing with your plastic surgeon.

If your happy with your surgeon stick with them otherwise there is no reason for you to stay with same one as the implant guarantee is with the company and not the surgeon.

Best to see your surgeon about downsizing esp if you still feel they are too big.

Based on your photos it appear you probably don’t need a lift.
