Well the pictures show that you probably had some reaction and widen scars but unfortunately those complications can occur, so I don’t see anything outside of what can happen.

Thank you for your answer. Yes it does change because of gravity and one of the most important components of your nose is cartilage and tends to keep growing over time.Thats one of the reasons why your nose changes with time.

Thank you for your question. I concur that implants alone are not going to elevate you nipple areola complex to a desired level and the implant its to big for your dimension and its not going to resolve your problem.
