Your best option is to have breast implants revision surgery to alter the size of your breasts so that they are more proportionate to your body.

This will depend on the amount of tissue that each patient has. A personal evaluation will determine the placement of the implants. As per your personal preference ” not a natural look fan” over the muscle is what you should be considering with your surgeon.
