The typical recovery time for a Vertical Thigh Lift is about 7-10 days for work. 5-6 weeks for strenuous activities. You should be up and walking immediately. It is a same day procedure. I would ask your doctor how many they have performed, pictures of before and after patients, risks and scarring. Understand that not all thighlifts are alike too. A medial thigh lift is not as effective as a vertical scar lift

I would agree with your PS if you want to be that small. Any pedicle approach would lead to a high risk of nipple areolar loss. I can get a similar result with a FNR and a pedicle approach so do not worry. Be aware that you will lose nipple sensitivity, nipple projection, possibly some pigment and ability to breast feed.

If you are still an F cup after a reduction surgery, then it does not appear you had a reduction. Most reductions should remove about 40-60% of the breast tissue if a pedicle reduction is performed. You may benefit from a Free Nipple Reduction if you want a cup size in the C or less. You may want to seek a second opinion to see your options. Im sorry to hear you did not get what you expected. The simple answer is absolutely! Most patient DO NOT have a lot of pain after a reduction. I would plan on possibly one day of prescription pain meds if necessary, but OTC meds to follow. Significant pain after surgery could indicate a more serious issue, such a bleed or infection.

A reduction would easily reduce your breast bra cup size by at least one cup. A reduction can take as much or as little as the patient desires. Work with your Plastic Surgeon to come up with the best plan for you. I would recommend a superior medial based pedicle reduction.

A thorough physical examination is necessary to answer this question. Is your breast firm now? Was it firmer immediately after surgery? Was there brushing involved? Are this implants Smooth or textured shells? Is the tenderness in the upper breast or all over? Having these questions answered would help. I would also recommend a U/S at this point to rule out a fluid collection which could be old blood or a seroma (caused by old blood).

This could represent a double bubble deformity, but at 5 weeks I would definitely give it more time to heal. Swelling in the tissue could also cause this, however. Work closely with your PS but realize that 4-6 months may be necessary to get your final result.

You absolutely do not need an anchor or vertical lift in my opinion. An implant should do a good job of filling out your skin and providing a lift result. At most, I would recommend a possible crescent lift to help centralize the nipple areola complex on the implant.

This is not uncommon to find after breast lift and augmentation surgeries. I would see your PS to make sure you do not have a suture that needs to be removed. This will otherwise prevent your incisions from healing. Oral antibiotics are also helpful to aid in healing. Over time these usually scar fairly well, but if they do not, a scar revision would help.

From you photo alone, its hard to answer this with 100% certainty. With that said, I would recommend a lift and implant placement if you desired the results from your photos. It is possible a crescent lift and larger implant may work, but be prepared for a vertical lift if this does not work to your satisfaction.

Without an examination this is a tough question to answer. You would get a benefit from a mini but you would not notice much of a difference around your umbilicus. You also would not have an improvement to your abdominal muscles if you have any laxity. If those areas do not bother you, than a mini would likely be all you would want. Although your results would be fantastic after a tummy tuck and lipo, you will not find you will lose a lot of weight. Skin and fat do not have a lot of weight to them. They occupy space, volume, not weight. So you will look like you lost weight after, but not typically notice a lot on the scale!
