Isabella, thank you for you question. I know you are excited to get a Tummy Tuck, but you have too much intra-abdominal fat(fat underneath your abdominal muscles) that is pushing your belly out. A tummy tuck will not give you a flat abdomen. I recommend you try to lose some weight and decrease the amount of intra-abdominal fat before a tummy tuck. In the long run this will give you the best chance at the result you want.

Attempting to put a large implant size to give you your "ideal butt" will expose you to numerous complications, such as buttock skin necrosis, wound dehiscence, implant infection, seroma, which will then end up giving you a less than "ideal butt"

Buttock implants give buttock projection, upper buttock fullness, and some hip volume. The buttock implant will slightly improve the the skin laxity in the gluteal fold. The scar in the gluteal fold can be mildly improved, but this area is a high motion area(walking,sitting,standing) and scars in these type of areas will almost always widened. However, when the underlying fascia is sutured correctly, the scar can be minimized.

As previously mentioned, cellulite is caused by tissue under the skin that is pulling down the skin. You have a combination of cellulite and areas of skin that are not smooth due to lack of volume under these depressed areas. Buttock Implants and Buttock Fat grafting will slightly improve the areas, but the skin will not be completely smooth.

Thank you for your question, your breasts look how they are supposed to at 3 weeks. They still need to drop and settle into the pocket however you wont see your final result until 6months to a year. If you have any questions regarding the size at that mark consult with your surgeon.

Two weeks post surgery there is still swelling, and it is too early to know what exact cup size you will be. You will notice your implants start to drop as time goes by. At your 6months-1 year mark you will start to see your final results.
