I think the surgeon has done a wonderful job. Kindly wait for the results .. the skin needs to contract . It can take up too 8 months also so be patient.

You have a good result . Be happy with it . Once all the swelling subsides you should see the final results. of you see your before pictures there is a slight discrepancy in your size before the procedure. That is difficult to correct and will be the same after this surgery.

Usually silicone scar cream/gel is used a month after surgery, If the suture line is wet wait for it to dry up.

The implants have been placed below your muscle and a good job at that . The gap is your natural muscle attachment and not much can be done about that.
You can probably close the gap by fillers, but I suggest you do nothing and appreciate this result.
I have a lump either side of my jaw after lipo and chin augmentation. Is there any way to get rid of it?

Please be patient . The scar looks good. in a few weeks it should appear much better. Apply some silicone based cream on the scar.
Visit your surgeon after a week. These incisions usually do very well.

Its unfortunate that you had to get here. However without seeing you in person its difficult to say what procedure would be best for you.
Some of the options are
1. a tiny amount of botox to be given at the margins or edges of the wrinkle fold.. (this is what I see from your pictures )
2. A skin excision procedure .
but again I would need to see you in person to decide what is best for you.
