Breast surgery does not impacts breast feeding to your infant. There’s plenty data that shows the procedure itself does not affects breast feeding because not all the breast ducts are affected, however it’s well know that the inability to breast feed it’s not related to reduction or augmentation in any form.

The only way to achieve a teardrop breast it’s with an anatomical teardrop implant. I have not found any data relating specifically teardrop implants with BIA-ALCL, but data has shown a relationship between smooth Vs rugged surface instead. Please check up with your surgeon of preference in order to choose wisely the best option in your case. Take care

Changing a breast implant to larger it’s always a good option when the patient and the breast qualifies for it, but a word of wisdom in this matter it’s that teardrop implants and round ones varies depending on what you’re looking for, always have a full clinical assessment prior to make any decision.
I have a question can a moderate plus implants shift out of place?

Truth is that when you take a 500 cc implant out and place another one smaller, the pocket of breast tissue must be closed in order to tighten the tissue around the implant, therefore if that have not been done you need a second surgery revision. I will definitely recommend you to have a consultation with your surgeon in order the develop a more detailed and better plan that better sits you.
