Most breasts are unequal in size in nature. However post operative if there are any concerns it is better to show to a local plastic surgeon for review examination to get doubts cleared as volume of implant put, submuscular or sub glandular placement, capsular Contracture or just natural anything could be the possible reason. Examination with knowledge of exact procedure performed shall clear the doubts. Thanks

Your surgeon is the best person who can evaluate and tell whether seroma requires aspiration or not. small seromas better left un touched. ssignificant collections need aspiration to avoid infection

I personally recommend my patients to wear pressure garment compulsarily for 1 and half months. recomd them to wear for three months even during remodelling. your surgeon is the best person to guide you

Its uncommon. get an ultrasonography to rule out. usually this doesnt happen and is not a common complaint

Dear Madamyou will do good with liposuction alone. Although more clarity can be obtained from direct examinations but from the pictures you will do good with liposuction. Small amount of contouring is required. Loose skin is unlikely. You may have to work out for your abdominal muscles post liposuction.Thanks
