One of the best aspects of all labia surgery, minora and majora is that it heals with almost imperceptible scars. The labia majora scar is “hidden” in labial sulcus (between the minora and majora). I often combine this with fillers since I perform most in the office. It takes about an hour and you are back to work the next day.  It can also be done with fat in the operating room (awake or light anesthesia) and also go back to work the next day.

The underlying issue with vaginismus is tightness of the pelvic floor muscles which causes pain. Botox (and other neuromodulators) work by relaxing these muscles and breaking the "cycle of pain". 
I have over a 95% success rate with 1 treatment. Of course, I would need to examine to make sure the pelvic dysfunction is truly vaginismus.
