My lovely 23 years-old patient had rhinoplasty. She had extreme hump, hanging tip, deprojected tip and wide nasal base. I fixed and achieved excellent result with open rhinoplasty without tampon inside. It was a 2 hour operation under general anesthesia, 6 days later ı removed the tapes, She still has some swelling and will be better in 3-4 months.
