Thank you for your question. Your nose is deviated to the right, your nasal bones are asymmetrical, as are your nostrils.
These can be. Improved with a. Septorhinoplasty where one would straighten the nasal bones and well as doing some some to the tip to improve the symmetry and appearance.

Thank you for your question. The shape and size of your nose can be altered and made smaller, with more definition to your tip. This can be achieved with an septorhinoplasty.
It would be best if you see a surgeon who specialises in rhinoplasty so that a full assessment is made and an appropriate plan devised.

Thank you very much for you question. One could improve the dorsal of your nose to give it a subtle slope to improve the side profile. Manipulating the cartilages in the tip of your nose can be done to improve the shape. It would be appropriate to see a surgeon who specialises in rhinoplasty to discuss your needs.

Thank you for your question. While a lip lip alone can be used to slightly tweak the width of a nostril, the best to correct the size of a nostril is with a rhinoplasty. I would therefore advise you to see help from a plastic surgeon who is experienced in both rhinoplasty and lip lift, as he/she will be able to give you a more comprehensive management plan.

I normally recommend my patients to take 2 weeks off work to allow full recovery and are advised to wear a non-wired supportive/sports bra for 6 weeks. During that time, you will also be advised to avoid any strenuous exercises.

Thank you for your question. The best way to deal with the loose skin as seen in the photos that you have provided would be via a full abdominoplasty (full tummy tuck). This will allow for excision of the excess tissue, redraping of the remaining abdominal tissue while at the same time repairing the muscle divarification that most women suffer from following pregnancy.
