The good news is that you have very nice volume as most patients with tuberous breast deformity require an implant to restore volume in the constricted breasts. It appears that the problem that you are describing is NOT alar retraction as much as columellar show which seems to be more noticeable on the right side than on the left. The asymmetries that are now noticeable are the asymmetries in the lengths of the lower lids and the rounded lateral canthus on the contralateral eye. The lower lid is more bowed or inferiorly distracted on that side as a result. This could be addressed with horizontal shortening of the lower lid or a tarsal strip procedure.

Some type of filler would probably be easier than recontouring the forehead (bone remodeling) or rhinoplasty. I would try a temporary filler first and see if you like the correction.
