I think the best option would be a light chemical peel to condition your skin followed by fractional co2 laser is ideal ,provided you don’t have active acne

i do not recommend Underwired Sports Bras,after surgery as they have wires providing extra shaping and support, but the right fit is essential,which is impossible after surgery because of edema or swelling.
Wirefree Sports Bras are better after surgery as theyCan offer great support and shaping for all cup sizes especially for sensitive breasts after surgery .

The bruising is normal
Usually i start scar reduction protocol at the end of surgery itself, the protocol varies from doctor to doctor
a lot depends on the patients healing ability.ethinicity a predisposition to from good or bad scar
so i would advice you to follow your treating doctors advice strictly

It is just 5 months post op ,there will be some improvements and remodelling in the following 6 months to one year ,nothing drastic will happen but subtle changes will happen,if you are not satisfied with the surgery you may reconsider revision with an expert ,but wait atleast for 6 months minimum
