It is preferable to get the two procedures can be dealt with in one sitting. Plastic Surgeons are best option to deal with it. In India we love to do it. It will reduce cost, additional scars, dealing separately makes it more complicated

In your case you can go for augmentation with fat transfer in to the small breast.Fat can be harvested from Stomach.One has to be careful while harvesting fat from stomach.Unless some one had thick anterior abdominal wall ,fat u can harvest from stomach is limited

One of the options for breast augmentation is Fat transfer(Autologous).Regarding your question you said you don’t have Breast at all.In your case i doubt it is not an option.You better go for Augmentation with Implants With Sub muscular Placement.

You require both the procedures to get expected result. Only lipo will make your skin hanging, some one more than 45-50yrs skin may not retract. My suggestion is to go for lipo followed by T.T.
