Based on limited photos- it appears that you are absent an eyelid crease. This is a usual oriental eye. If you prefer to have a definite eyelid crease- or a more occidental eye then you will need a specific procedure to create this crease . I suggest that you seek a Board Certified PS with experience with this type of procedure

Congrats on your weight loss! In person exam is essential. Based on limited photos - it appears that you would benefit from an extended abdominoplasty with possible Fleur De LIs. More photos are needed to review the back and the buttock.
I suggest that you seek a Surgeon with extensive experience in post massive weight loss reconstruction

Based on limited photos- the result appears to be less than optimal. We like to see a smooth, tight neck contour. However, it could be a fluid accumulation . I suggest that you discuss it with your Operating Surgeon.

Based on limited photos- it appears that you have pseudo-ptosis which can be treated with mastopexy/lift+ possible smaller implants ( if you desire volume increase). You can also have just Augmentation with implants but it will not lift the breasts like lift would do-and the breasts will continue to sag overtime.
