Should I have my three front teeth re-done since they look bigger and h
Bridge
Jun 11, 2019
Yes this bridge is aesthetically unpleasant , contour , shade, shape of the teeth is not correct.
If you redoing it you have two option
1) Doing a new bridge
or 2) doing an implant and two separate crowns for adjacent teeth .
Is a gum lift/ gingivectomy before veneers necessary for me? How many t
Veneers
Jun 10, 2019
Yes it does seem that you need aesthetic crown lengthening.
It seem from the photos that you need crown lengthening for teeth #6-11 to have optimal result but that should be determined with waxup design and mockup.
You need to wait minimum 6 week after crown lengthening to have the veneers finalized .
From X-ray, how should this tooth be treated?
Extraction
Jun 7, 2019
This tooth is badly infected and the best treatment will be extraction, bone graft and implant placement.
Apico or dental implants for teeth #8 and #9? I had trauma to teeth 7-1
Dental Implant
Jun 5, 2019
Dental implants have higher long term success rate than Apexectomy procedure .
Apexectomy is also damage the bucal plate (bone) that is very crucial to place implant.
So definitely dental implant will be best treatment in your case.
Would porcelain veneers (4-6) work to close or partially close my large
4-6 Veneers
Jun 2, 2019
Absolutely 6 Veneers can you give you a better result as tooth to tooth proportions and closing the gap and keep a balanced proportions.
4 Veneers will work but you will have wide teeth and less balanced proportions.
Three sided veneer vs crown for filling in gaps?
Veneers
May 21, 2019
Yes Veneers can be extended to the proximal area and close gaps (contacts) .
Veneers are very durable restorations if they are bonded to enamel and can last for long time.
Taking anastrozole. Can I have a dental implant?
Dental implant
May 17, 2019
Anastrozole has side effect of osteoporosis and osteopenia so it does affect the quality of bone in the jaw as well the healing process of the bone around the implant, so dental implant won’t be recommended in this case.
