Thank you for sharing photos.By looking at the photos you shared, I definitely think you are a great candidate for a face and neck lift with platysmaplasty as well as smart lipo of the jowls and and jawline. Fat transfer can be used for marionette lines although I prefer a thinner substance such a a hyaluronic acid based filler. Only downside to filler is you have to upkeep it. I definitely do not recommend wearing makeup that soon after chin liposuction. Typically sutures will stay in for about 7 days and at that point, you would be able to conceal them, but should really try and stay away from any harsh chemicals or makeup for at least 2 weeks in that area. I recommend cancelling the IPL treatment prior to your surgery. You can reschedule for sometime 6 to 8 weeks after your facelift. Although an IPL is noninvasive and superficial, it may cause swelling which could interfere with your surgical results. Best of luck!

Fillers are great but the longevity of them is anywhere around 12 to 18 months and certain individuals bodies will metabolize it even quicker.
