Patient is a vibrant 25 year old with an amazing personality. She presented to our office with multiple chipped front teeth, which made her smile uneven. Her teeth are also naturally thin, causing them to be more frail. Incidentally, she also had trauma to her front tooth as a child which made it discolored. After a thorough consultation, she decided to have her front four teeth redone with all porcelain crowns. We lengthened the teeth slightly, and added some thickness to create a more beautiful, uniform smile. (May 2, 2016)
