Patient is 58 year old with excessive wear on her teeth. She has had multiple fillings to "patch" her front teeth over years which she was unhappy with. Her teeth have worn down due to significant clenching and grinding. She came in wanting fuller, more natural smile. In order to restore her teeth, we designed 6 layered porcelain crowns for her to create a more aesthetic appearance in her smile, and also withstand the forces of grinding she does at night.
