Patient had old crowns veneers with margins showing at the top of her restorations. The teeth were discolored, had poor shape and she did not have a full smile. The shape and the color of her teeth were changed. Her smile was widened so more of her posterior teeth were visible to treat the old crowns veneers with new porcelain veneers and crowns.
