This patients upper and lower teeth had worn, chipped, and discolored teeth. Her upper and lower teeth were tilted severely inward, giving a very unesthetic appearance. Her lower front tooth was positoned out facially and overlapping her other two font teeth. I did a diagnostic wax up, before proceding to restore her teeth. I widen the patients arch on the upper, bringing out her teeth facially with porcelain crowns and veneers(laminates).
